today there was a presentation by mr .... frm shankara nethralaya he explained the need for eye donation and explained about hte eye and it simportance,,, it is well good he said abt an real incident wherein the doctors of SN has operated a 17 year old babby from gujarat and made her to see this world.... and named the baby as meenaxi....he said that the name was because of he belong to madurai . he was telling that the workers in the industry donot follow the safety procedures properly.... he said the the welders will feel lazy to wear goggles for welding... the reason they say is that the welding process will take place for few seconds only.. but they will never realise that the few are enough to make their life darker...


atlast he gave us the undertaking form for eye donation ..due to shortage of time the session ended in 1 hour,,,
